If I could give this location zero stars, then I would. I watched a manager wipe down the trashcans in the lobby and then proceeded to wipe the food trays, handrails, counter tops, and food waiting area with the same cloth. I was disgusted!!!! I explained to her how nasty that was and she didn't she have an issue with it. I will never eat at this location again.

Look, it's just 'ok' here. It's clean enough inside, but they had the lobby doors locked at 6pm... And nobody noticed until we started knocked. That lets you know how dead they've been since Cookout setup shop. We ordered 4 things, they forgot the drinks until the last moment, there's no fountain drink stand for refills, and the waitress seemed almost like a zombie when we tried to get what was missing. Stick a fork in this one, it's done.
