I was looking for kitchen remodeling project for my small kitchen in the old condo unit. Tom Curren Company provided a reasonable price with all-in-one service -which save a lot of hassle and worrying for a first-time home owner. Every interaction with the team was genuinely delightful.
Throughout the remodeling journey, my home was not just a construction site; it was a living space undergoing transformation. Jeff, my dedicated project manager, not only ensured the delivery of high-quality work but also took the extra step to maintain the daily cleanliness of my residence post their work. The entire spectrum of the project, spanning plumbing, electrical work, cabinets, backsplash, flooring, and painting, was executed with an unwavering commitment to professionalism.
They are very experienced with the issues of the old house remodeling. Additionally, they demonstrate high levels of professionalism, friendliness, respect, and an exceptional attention to detail. I was looking for some estimates for flooring and painting the entire house. After the online request, the consultant came after 8 days. During the discussion, he was more concerned about other quotes i am having and their pricing. I told him clearly before taking measurements/pictures by just looking if he can give me a very rough estimate. Ignoring that, he took measures and came back with numbers without calculating based on the dimensions. He asked me to provide more details about other vendors, and to be transparent, i shared those details, and he said he would still work and get back to me.
After four days he sent the following email to me-
"I was putting numbers together and we are going to be close to $XK on painting and $XK on flooring.
I will stop now as we will not compete with a XXXXXX who has a different business model and you were happy with.
thank you for the opportunity. best of luck with the project. "
I'm not sure why they wasted my time and their time. Also all other professional companies are charging less than half your cost with apple to apple comparison.
