One of the worst companies I've ever had to deal with...their security guards are rude as hell when you go in for a pickup; their customer service is nothing like it used to be under the old owners and they frequently screw up orders while taking forever to issue credits.

Mentally ill/Sociopathic coworkers, and Management that curse's like it's a pirate ship. Only work here if you quickly need to get a job. And then leave as soon as you can. Also one day at work here. We were all called to an area of the building where two employees from Tobacco companies were at a desk, with 2 computers and we were all forced to line up. One worker asked "what's this about" and the big Italian man that runs the warehouse says "IT'S TO KEEP YOUR JOB!" Turns out they wanted us to give our names and addresses to these tobacco employees , so they could enter it into a script that would be sent out asking politicians to unban menthol cigarettes. Pretty sure, them pressuring us to do this was illegal. But hey that's life at HLA

I wish I could give the their customer service a zero star. The customer service desk lady was very rude. Sooner or later they are going to loose my business, and our average weekly order if more than $4000.
