Chris walked us through the methods he used to build up his portfolio and make his properties desirable to renters. He took us on a tour to show us some of his properties as well as giving us the run down of the history of the area and what he did to make these properties a good investment. He also showed us a technique we can use to efficiently find potential off market properties and a good way to contact the owners. After the tour we went back to his office and we talked more about how to analyze property performance and how to grow our portfolio. As someone who frequently visited the Auburn area in the past, I appreciated Chriss insight on the new development and his perspectives on where the market is going. He was enjoyable to talk to and is enthusiastic about helping new investors be successful in their real estate journey!
