Full disclosure...I am biased as I have lived in 7 different homes now in the two different Lofts@The Park buildings. There is nothing like them in Midtown.
With only 28 homes the boutique feeling of this building has created the most amazing community of diverse and eclectic neighbors. We are like a big family.
The homes are wide open huge spaces which are ideal blank canvases and each homeowner has done amazingly different things with their homes...nothing cookie cutter here. 11'+ concrete ceilings, exposed ductwork and most all homes are on a corner and get amazing light.
AND it is in the heart of everything and just across from Piedmont Park. Hands down one of my favorite buildings in the city (obviously) and as a real estate agent I know Midtown buildings inside and out. Best place to call home!
