Jacob's Ladder has definitely proven to be worth the wait! Yes, it's a long wait list process, but I'm so glad we stuck it out. I couldn't think of any other place that could compare to Jacob's Ladder for my son. Now that he's started, he's transitioned pretty well and even smiling as he's greeted at the start of his day. Taylor guided us through the whole process from tour to evaluations and kept up with communicating with us throughout the year. We have felt very welcomed, and the team has been super at working with not only Colin and us, parents, but other therapists in Colin's village. Thank you!

Took job within a week's time and finished in one day! Superb professionalism!   There's no business that I've ever had work done from that has been more professional and better than Jacob's-ladder!  The customer communication is superb and highly highly highly recommend!!!

Our family has been BLOWN away by Jacob's Ladder in every way...from ALL the questions I had at the beginning to the application process, to the amazing teachers (we love you Katie and Sarah:) who evaluated and reviewed our daughter. Truly, I could go on and on! Our daughter is a remote student of Jacob's Ladder, we are beyond thankful for all of the love and support that continue to guide us from the amazing JL staff!

Our family is in the process of having our 22 year old begin receiving services at Jacobs Ladder. Through the thorough interview and evaluation process, weve concluded that everyone on the staff believes in the same techniques we concluded many years ago to be the best approach with people on the autism spectrum. Start with love and trust and build upon that, holding the student lovingly accountable. Jacobs Ladder looks at the whole individual, every single aspect of their lives. Our family feels heard and seen and we look forward to a long relationship with Jacobs Ladder.
