Back in 2001 I placed my son up for an open adoption they was supposed to stay in touch I wrote a letter for them to give my son when he turned 18 he turned 19 fir 2 years I tried to reach out to someone to get in touch with my son to reconnect an see how he doing an the people are so rude and wont give me any answers that was the hardest thing for me to do at such a young age as a teenager I would like a call back or email

I dealt with the Atl office. I wouldnt recommend them, I went through the adoption process and had so many issues and red flags. Between them losing paperwork on several occasions, then tell you and email one thing. Then go back and say I didnt do what they told me. Im like here is what you said and they act as though they didnt comprehend. Then only bad thing was I got an unsatisfactory for an old charge, then went to court and had it reversed because it was very old. But the said they closed my case, only reason they closed case is due to me asking them about a charge that appeared in my portal. I asked what was it and then the next week they said they closed my case. It was only 2 people Chardonnay and Geraldine who was kind of courteous. The manager Jessica never returned calls and when she did she would send emails like 1 or 2 in morning. I would respond right back because I was up and then she would respond sometimes. It gave me the feeling of oh he worrying me because he want information. It always felt like pulling teeth to get any information from her. I have a long email trail. I wouldnt wise the way they treated me on anyone. I agree with person in previous review, they need to worry about quality, ethics and potential parent service then just acting like people are worrying her.

I would give them five star but ... when put son up for adoption I suppose get picture or a called . They stop sending me picture and updates of my son. I still got paper works on him but the simple fact is I supposed to get updates for him they stop calling they start checking on me they start telling you what's going on with my son I still have the right to see my son but I don't like that at all y'all posed to be a Christian Seventh-day Adventist option agency what kind of person doesn't get the update on their own newborn child I feel some type of way but it's like he's in a better place in a better home I just want to see my son one more time and see if he's okay mama still loves you always God please watch over him I just want to see him one last time and he can go on by his life.
