The staff is EXTREMELY rude (except for Kimberley and the house keeping ladies). The rooms usually have some sort of damage to them - broken a/c, toilet doesn’t flush, bugs, mold, unfinished sealant around the shower. Definitely stay off base if you can. It is not worth the $110/night and not worth dealing with the disrespectful staff.

I’m really not sure why anyone would stay here if they had to pay for it themselves. Over $100 for this place is absurd. No hot water in the morning, bathroom lights are always out, mattress is worse than sleeping on the floor, etc. Some of the staff are great but others clueless. If you forget your razor they’ll still charge you .25 for one. Might as well stay off base at decent place for this price. What happened to the days of military benefits? Ridiculous!

Room was filthy and looks like they haven't been updated in decades. The front counter lady was very rude and unprofessional when I called there but hey it's a reserve base so what do you expect.
