        Thankful for Adairs community manager, Heather M. Regarding an incident we had with our neighbors, she handled the situation professionally with kindness, prompt responses, and immediate care. I appreciate the help as I am left feeling relieved and satisfied.

        Move-in has been smooth so far and the people in the front office have been super helpful! We put in a maintenance request and someone came same day, super responsive. The apartment is gorgeous and spacious and the neighborhood is tucked away in a quiet area right by a park, loving it here so far!

        I moved this apartment year of 2017 and I am very pleased with Management and especially highly recommend Natalie OToole. She absolutely does amazing work in this company and in the office and also I like the maintenance guy, Hubert, very happy being in this apartment!! My rent has increased quite a bit over the years. I hope it doesnt increase too high this renewal. I hope it can go down.
