I wish to thank Advanced care transportation for your good service Same day request Yet you were able to work me in at a time where I could get an appointment. The young ladies that I spoke with on the phone were great. But the true Champion in my situation was Kendrick, my driver. He was on time, pleasant, safe (I really appreciated his safety checks to himself). But then when we got to the facility, he was outstanding. Even though they were aware that I was being brought in by a transportation service, they wanted me to come back later. Kendrick professionally explained the situation and requested options, resulting in my being able to be seen by a doctor within an hour or so. I cannot Express my appreciation enough for his fans services.

These guys are great! Dwight was so sensitive to my 94 y/o mother and was 30 minutes early. I was so grateful to ride with my mother and Dwight and I had a super conversation. It was a non-stop conversation. If his phone went off, which it did a few times, I told him to go ahead and answer it. He said he was not allowed to. This speaks highly of the integrity of this person and the fact that Advanced Care saw he was a great person to hire. Thanks for all the care Advanced!
