A Tow Atlanta, Inc

Out of all the cars visiting the grocery spot my Kia Optima was the only one that was towed as I get to the location and get my car. I stated I hope all of the parts are still left on the car because I had a previous Family member whose car stayed overnight and they took the whole Cadillac converter off. One of the workers made a smart remark to me in the parking lot. He said will make sure it doesnt come back. Please check your car when its being towed by this company.

This place is a dumpster fire. Never have your car towed here unless you plan a week off work to deal with scam artists. Theresa , Tam and Ms. Bell are a complete nightmare. I was in a bad car accident and the nice police officer got my car towed here which it is actually IMPOUNDED!!!! They want insurance to pay so they keep your car hostage racking up fees. The most unethical place Ive ever dealt with. They refuse to answer the phone and do their jobs. I took an entire shower while waiting on hold for them to get back to me, then hung up on several times. $500 to get my car out!!! Never ever use this place.

A friend got his vehicle towed here, by the city of Atlanta. Staff was somewhat helpful, but not the friendliest. It took about an hour or two, before the car showed up in their computer system. Apparently, they only input the information upon arriving at the facility vs documenting at the initial pickup of the car. Overall avoid if you can but often there is no choice.

This place is the absolute worst! Atlanta Police had our vehicle towed there after an accident and it took us over a week to get it back out. Our insurances towing company made 3 wasted trips to get our vehicle. They were told the first time that we didnt release it only to find out when we called AGAIN that no one printed it out. Then told on 2 subsequent attempts to pick it up that they had no one that could pull it up to the front for them. Such a racket! Terrible customer service and the most predatory business Ive dealt with. Be careful allowing them access to your vehicle.
