I appreciated her sincerity and up front honesty when it came to our family decision. She helped to ensure we were beyond prepared for the amount we were aiming to qualify for. Another excellent job done by Constance and her staff. Over the last 5 years, we have finalized 3 different loans with CR Mortgage and every time Constance provides us with several options, responds quickly, and communicates very clearly. We refinanced our old home several years ago and saved $250+ a month in our mortgage, obtained a new loan for a new purchase recently, and then just refinanced after renovations were completed and was able to remove PMI. Constance has helped us navigate through the loan process, which is not easy. I would recommend Constance and CR Mortgage to anyone considering a new purchase, refinance, or whatever home loan is needed. Great job Constance!

Constance handled our closing back in July! She was FANTASTIC!!! I highly recommend her to everyone who is looking for a mortgage. Banks are not always the best when it comes to providing a home loan. She is honest and straight forward. She provided all the information and tools we needed to select the right mortgage for us. She also closed our best friends mortgage last year and our friend speaks highly of Constance as well!

Constance is wonderful to work with, a quality that is a huge plus when trying to secure a loan for a new home, which can be a stressful process. It's also great to have an independent broker who helps to not only get the loan, but also the RIGHT loan at the right rate.

I loved working with Constance. Super helpful and willing to really take the time to find the best solution for me and my husband's mortgage search. Very creative solution to getting us the best mortgage at the best rate.
