Horrible experience. After a very unprofessional conversation w/ their agent Michelle, I called to speak with the manager Mrs. Gibbs. That was a waste of time. Mrs. Gibbs lied about occurrences and refused to take accountability for their lack of communication. Its so unfortunate that the business lacks the commitment to providing the basics of customer service (I.e effective communication) but to also lack professionalism as well is mind blowing. Youre better off researching insurance and doing the footwork yourself.

I really wanted to support a small local business, but working with them has been nothing but a headache for me! They are very unresponsive and I have had to show up in person to get a reply more than once. I asked for a quote to add on a new policy and they never even called me back! That was the final straw. I canceled my insurance with them almost two months ago. After 3 phone calls and countless e-mails It still has not been canceled. Working with Gibb Insurance has been nothing short of a frustrating experience. I would not recommend them.
