This place is incapable of cutting a pizza in squares no matter how many times I order and specify. Their reccomendation is to order and then call, but wait, there is no way to get a hold of them because PJ Corporate has installed a call center line. Totally incompetent. Move HQ back to Louisville and bring back John S. He knew how to be customer focused.

Stay far away from this store. Employees are trash. They didnt deliver my order that I paid for, cussed me out on phone, said its not there problem, then hung up the phone on me. Completely robbed me of the order I paid for. Disgusting service from man who claimed to be manager. A complete jacka*s.

I recently had a small issue with my phone order placement process, my order was never delivered to the store. However, the exceptional service provided by the night team member at the store completely made up for it. Despite the order not being received at the store, the team member went out of their way to make a fresh pizza promptly, ensuring a short wait time and going above and beyond to guarantee top customer satisfaction. In conclusion, I had a great service experience at Papa John's and highly recommend it to others!
