Dr. Pentlarge and her staff are amazing. They are kind and caring to both animals and pet owners! If you have an issue with your pets eye, this is the place to go. She is so knowledgeable and able to get to the root of the issue immediately versus going back and forth with a primary vet. Cant say enough about them, they are great!

Dr Pentlarge is a wonderful animal ophthalmologist. She really cares for the animals and is very patient with them if need be. She and her staff are extremely knowledgeable. Im glad she increased the quality of life for my IG.

I cant speak to the actual service provided here, but I called with an eye emergency and was told the next appointment (even for an emergency) is 1/25 and they dont take walk-ins. The website says Appointment Recommended, but doesnt say they dont take walk-ins. I feel that the office staff/receptionist could have been a little more compassionate when my dogs eye is about to pop out of his head.

Absolutely amazing people! You can tell Dr. Pentlarge and her team care so much about your animals health all around. She was very knowledgeable and thorough with her exam and care for my cat. They fit me in as an emergency and even with the emergency charge it was very affordable. I cant thank them enough, I feel very confident having my cat under their guidance through this.
