Martin is fantastic!  Excellent customer service and prompt service. We kept getting an error message on the thermostat so no heat was coming out. It was freezing and I couldn't get anyone to come out as it was right before Christmas. Martin called me right back and said he'd fit us in. He did fit us in and fixed the problem. He's a super nice guy and his prices are reasonable. Don't hesitate if you want it done correctly the first time and call Martin at Above the Grade HVAC He's locked in on our phones now. i called martin for a repair estimate he was one of the contractors I called as I was getting multiple bids as a informed customer should do. I explained that I had 2 others out there and what there diagnosis was. each contractor told me different things as to what was wrong with it. which was why I needed a third bid. Martin said he that I had too many people come to look at my unit and that he didn't want to be jerked around. So he canceled my appointment I had with him. Guess he didn't want my business.

We used Greg prior to this to install ductless a.c and heat. We needed a new furnace in our 36 yr old house. Greg and Martin did a fabulous job and completed in less than 2 days.  All the ducting was replaced as well as a new furnace.  They were on time and neat. My house is now real comfortable recommend this company highly
