        Cole was our insurance agent, he knew we had a month to find a new insurance policy for our business. He assured us he would find us a new policy. He didnt, he didnt communicate with us about anything. He could have called and said he was busy or that he didnt have the time to help us, instead he just blew us off. Our business had to close for a week, we had to scramble. We had 5 different companies working on it, while Cole did nothing. He obviously is not good at his job, my advice would be to steer clear of him. Youll be better off if you find someone that will at least phone calls.
