Cer Auto Svc LLC

I was a long time patron of CER. I've spent tens of thousands of dollars in their shop from the time I got my first car until now. I always had great service with no problems following work being done. The prices of the work were always great too. That isn't the reason for this review. Unfortunately, they don't seem to have the staff they once did. I'm pretty sure 1 person runs the entire place now. Well, I've called and left messages to try to set up appointments. When I do reach him, he asks me to bring it in the following week and then forgets about it once I get there. He did it to me 2 times on top of never returning calls. Calling and asking for a specific repair + labor and having him tell me he will call me back with the details only not to is disappointing. Its been like this for me and a few other people I've referred to this shop. I really don't like leaving a negative review as I really to appreciate the work that was done for me over the many years... but it's just not the same as it once was. I hope they can get a few more techs in shop and perhaps someone to handle calls. I'd love to start bringing my cars back here.

One of the most honest shops out there. Eric will tell you exactly what is wrong and won't try and rip you off. Has some of the fairest prices out there and has quick return of your vehicle. A definite go to.
