They don’t return phone calls

We had the same experience as Donna. We were Referred by someone who knows them personally. We called July 7th to say we wanted to move forward here’s our color and so on. My husband has left several messages along with texts and have yet to hear back. We have already contacted another contractor and have received and estimate and preparing to move forward with a responsive company / individual.

I was referred to this company by an associate of his. They came out and provided an estimate. I confirmed that Id like to move forward. He said he would purchase the materials and get back to me. I waited a couple of months before calling. Ive left at least 6 messages and they never have the courtesy to call back. Dont count on this company to follow through for you.

Commonwealth gutters both designed and installed a faulty system and then refused to return and fix the problems. One long section was installed to drain where there was no downspout. Th ed y also installed an 8 foot section tha to which no water drains.. once they were paid they refused to make obviously needed changes. I would never recommend them.
