This company is super helpful and well educated in the OMMP process.
To anyone complaining about the fee: Do you expect a company to service you for free?
To anyone complaining about having to get current doctors' documentation: These are the rules set by the State of Oregon.

This place is unbelievable. They want a doctors signature within the last two years. I have been going to this place for years and all of a sudden they want something two years or more recent I would recommend going anywhere else!

$175 to get a signature on a card renewal. Same price as the initial cost to get it.

I needed to get my Oregon Medical Marijuana Card and found Ashland Alternative Health  at ashlandalthealth.com the service works very easily, basically I brought them my doctors notes which they reviewed and then set up and appointment with the staff doctor there, who reviewed my notes, I received my paperwork and was legal by the time i got to the post office and mailed in the filled out applications.  They are located on the edge of downtown ashland oregon and easy to find. Mel the office manager is very nice and explains everything very well.
