Overall, 2 stars because they werent pushy and the sales guy was nice and helpful.
I bought a used Honda Ridgeline here in January. The truck was clean and while it needed some cosmetic work the truck seemed to be in good shape. The story I got was old guy owned it and took good care of it. Traded my car in and bought this for a fair price.
Now this is where the issues begin. I understand that buying a used car means as-is but when its at a dealer youd expect some transparency about some of the issues youd have to tackle. My spare key was super glued together and did not work. It crumbed apart in my hands when I went to replace the battery in it. I purchased a new housing for it and installed the new battery and it turns out it doesnt work anyway as it triggers the immobilizer. $170+ to have Honda program it
The oil filter and oil drain plug were extremely tight and quite honestly Im lucky they didnt strip the pan. The washer on the drain plug was so crushed I had to pry it off the bolt with a screwdriver.
The radiator was low on coolant and there was none in the overflow.
The stabilizer bar bushings were bad and required replacement.
And last but not least, the truck has a hot soak issue that wasnt disclosed to me. Ill start the truck and get it to normal operating temperatures and then Ill go to restart it and it will act like its not going to start. A new battery and new spark plugs have not helped the issue.
While the guys at this dealership were nice and not pushy they did not act ethically and did not disclose these issues to me. Im lucky that Im mechanically inclined but please be more adamant about checking over your potential purchase than I was.

I stopped in there this morning and needed my controllers looked at for my Corvette. Apparently the brand new batteries I had bought elsewhere were dead. They replaced the batteries on the spot and didnt charge me anything. When I am in the market for a new vehicle, I will certainly be stopping in because of the great customer service.

I purchased a Certified Buick from Harrys. Saw the car online called to make sure it was still available. Went in the afternoon, loved the car, and purchased it the next day. The salesman, Willy Woodhouse was wonderful. He took his time, answered all my questions and I was under no pressure. I even took a test drive in other car. Both cars were great. Completely satisfied with the sales department. I also dealt with Trevor who explained the closing information and a warranty if I wanted that service. He too, took his time to explain everything. Thanks Harrys for a great experience and great people working with you.
