Poor customer services. Company transferred or whatever happened. Guys just come by my house and left my boxes. Price increase and pick up less trash. That's really nice. All the surrounding streets have to stuff their trashcans full. Ever since we've had this company always been patient with the late pickups and whatever issues they had. Once the transition happened went two weeks without my trash picked up. Me and my neighbor across the street. Now still going to have to have to go to the dump what's the point in paying for trash pick up? Update : well you know from my name where we live. My neighbor and I had to call about our trash not being picked up. I am at home during the day and literally watched them pass. The neighbor across the street also called. And we were both told you all would come back and never did till over a week later. We had to go to the dump to take trash before it was picked up. And my neighbor is an elderly lady that can't walk good and a small car you couldn't put trash in. I understand the transition and the safety of your guys but if you are going to pick up less trash you should not increase the prices. I know other people that I have spoken to about this very thing are struggling to even make ends meet some weeks and to have it increased to have less picked up and still have to go to the dump is not really a good thing 85 for one can 100 for two it's ridiculous. I appreciate you reaching out, but there is nothing beneficial to me to lying about the fact we didn't get our trash picked up I'm the one who had to pick up trash off the street from stray animals and the wind knocking them over. And my cans are always out the night before. And we rode out on fox fire and there was other cans that also hadn't been picked up as well.
