        Very rude , very inconsiderate , uninformative , just a horrible expeirence. The reason I went to a distributor was to be more informed on the products that I needed witch in my day was the entire reason for going to a supply house I will not be back and just FYI Lowes was very informative and half the price and actually had an employee that listen to what I needed and provided me what I was looking for . To the guy at the counter at your establishment its your job to provide customer service and to educate customers on your products also to make sure they are getting the correct product and parts to go with it To add to this a yr ago I went there and David was who had helped me then and was a great expeirence the entire reason I came back
