We brought are trailblazer here for diagnosis and they want to charge us way too much money fir a he thought doesn't even charge that much and we got our truck back with a broken window and they don't know nothing about it.. I would never be my cars here again oh and I guess its new owners here so yeah they suck

I took my truck with about 55,000 miles on it to the King's Garage in Arvada to take advantage of a very low price oil and filter change they were offering. An appointment is required and you are 'warned' that they are not a 'quick change lube shop', and that it will take a couple of hours. I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment, gave the front desk person my key, asked that someone call my cell when my truck was ready, and proceeded to walk to the local Lowe's store. After about 1 hour 45 minutes and no call I elected to walk back to the garage. I was then informed they had not even started working on my vehicle! I asked why and was told a repairman had a family death that day and didn't come in. I asked why someone didn't call me that morning to reschedule - no reply. I asked why someone didn't tell me when I first arrived at the garage - no reply. I asked why nobody bothered to call my mobile phone - still, NO REPLY! No offer to reschedule, no offer to do the change if I would wait a bit longer. It appears to me they are trolling for unsuspecting customers to perform costly major repairs on their vehicles, which mine did not warrant. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!
