Mr. Field's first criminal jury trial was my brothers. After a hung jÃ¹rÃ½ in the first trial, Mr. Fields was able to convince the second jury to unanimously vote not guilty. Mind you this was hÃ¬s first jury trial. Over the next fifty years he has obtained the largest out Ã²f coÃ¹rt settlement (changinÄ£ the law in Ca.) against a propeÅ•ty management company that hired some guys to build a trash enclÃ²sure (totally against code) that ended up on top of my brother's daughte, killing her. He is part of our family.
