        Michael Coffman was most professional and very helpful! He helped me with my concerns to find the pillow that would work for me. He went above and beyond! I live out of state and my business transaction was online and over the phone. He also followed up with a handwritten note and some little gifts that he mailed to my home! He is one of a kind!

I received a call from STL Beds and received excellent detailed advice and instructions on how to install a different product that is superior to solve my problem than the original item I had selected. Their advice was exactly correct. I thank them very much for their care and expertise. I recommend this company very highly.
