I love Intelligent Office!! It is what has been consistent throughout my years working throughout all transitions (from work place and through Covid, a clean atmosphere). The employees are pretty amazing group of people that help make our work lives better. Thanks IP :)

Theres one word to describe my experience with Intelligent Office: splendid. Im sure Im an unconventional customer for Intelligent Office. I was looking for a modest temporary workspace in its Ballston property for a writing projectno amenities, no bells and whistles, just a small, basic office, and I wanted to keep costs down. I met with Hari, the CEO, and Elisa, a recently hired business solutions consultant. Theyre both delightful individuals; but in addition, they were flexible and smart and imaginative in working out a win-win deal. (Elisas job title, business solutions consultant, is entirely accurate.) Im rating them 5 stars. If I could, Id give them 1,000.

I had a great experience with Jonathan in 2020 who really made me feel like my business was important to him. He found the right fit for me and I really appreciated his efforts. Front-desk staff are always super friendly and accommodating, professional and deserving of my best recommendation. However, my business address renewal was coming up in November of '21 so I contacted them two months in advance, knowing that Jonathan was no longer with the company, to ensure that we could discuss the terms and get it straightened out ahead of time. It's now the first week of February '22 and I still can't get someone to get me a contract and an invoice to pay. The last five months I've had to email and call repeatedly. I set up meeting times to meet with their staff and they blew me off without an apology. I'm really disappointed that Jonathan left and I can't understand why the current staff is unable to manage what feels to me to be the normal process of their business. Next year I won't be renewing my contract.
