They were excellent and efficient to deal with. I called on a Sunday morning in terrible weather conditions. One of our guests had locked themself out of the bathroom where their personal items were and urgently needed to checkout. I called Lock Around the Clock & they patiently talked me through over the phone on how to solve the issue. I'm very grateful for their willingness & approach to help. I would like to express my gratitude to Lock Around The Clock for rescuing my elderly friend who had locked herself out of her house earlier this week. She felt very embarrassed being locked outside in just her dressing gown and was very relieved when the serviceman attended so swiftly. What a great suggestion making the same key to open all her doors. Not having to sort through a bunch of keys will save her a lot of confusion. Your consideration is much appreciated.
