        Soggy sandwich due to store policy. Ive been a big fan of Italian store for a long time. According to their employees, theres a policy where Im not able to order my food actually in the store. I tried to get a Milano on hard bread but they told me that in order for them to make that I have to either place the order online or call. Turns out I could step outside give them a call and then theyd be able to take my order, but for some reason it was impossible for them to take my order in the store. They told me its been their policy since Covid Totally reasonable policy in 2020. Someone should tell them its 2024 now. Anyway, had to walk out the store with a premade soggy sandwich instead of just being able to tell them to make me a Milano on hard bread. Mind you it wasnt even busy when I walked in.
