        Currently renting here and the building will soon be undertaking loud construction on the South-facing side that will also close the pool early. Many condo-owners are now trying to rent out their condos for the period of construction, but do not make it readily clear on their rental listings that construction is coming up! This is a warning for any potential renters looking at this building: it is a lovely building, but DO know that the construction will be occurring and is likely to be disruptive for those of us who work from home. Update: In addition if you are in a south-facing unit, for the next 6+ months you are not supposed to open your window or balcony doors for health reasons when construction begins. Again, people are not disclosing this to potential renters in their posting, so be aware that you will not be able to safely access your balcony or open your windows here for half a year.
