They charged me for a night I did not stay at their apartment and would not return an item of clothing I accidentally left at the apartment. Terrible customer service. Would have been better off staying at a hotel than at their overpriced apartment. Would never recommend them.

I have used Crystal Quarters to book rooms at The Concord, 2600 Crystal Dr., Alexandria, VA. Its a great place to stay. Safe, clean, ideal location, really great accommodations.

(Translated by Google) The apartment exceeded our expectations: full-featured kitchen, including coffee and toaster, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Downstairs there are business and fitness centers and a swimming pool with sauna. Rooftop barbecue area with great views of Washington. Nearby grocery stores are 7 \ 11 and Harris Teeter ... Great place to stay while on business! We are very grateful to Michael Noriega for always being ready to answer all questions and for the additional service!

Crystal Quarters properties at The Concord and The Gramercy remain my #1 preferred locations for travel related to business in Crystal City and the Pentagon. Fabulous, no hassle properties that cater to high volume travelers.
