The front ladies were rude the first day, and I finally got an appointment to get my tooth pulled and they pulled the wrong tooth. I tried to get a wisdom tooth pulled that was pushing up against my other tooth, but instead they pulled the tooth that my wisdom tooth was pushing up against.

The ladies at this office are very rude and condescending. They didn’t give me a chance to explain what was happening and that I already had been seen. She was eager to get off the phone and said I was a no show because I didn’t call before my appointment to reschedule. Let it be known that I had been on the phone for an hour prior the appointment just waiting for someone to pick up the line.

The ladies they have answering the phone at viola Pitts were so rude. Please hire better customer service. This is ridiculous the way they talk to people!!!!

I have been trying to get an appointment for over a week an NO ONE WILL ANSWER THE PHONE I have been on hold for HOURS there is no way that they are answering the order the calls are coming in SOMEONE NEEDS TO LOOK IN TO THIS ASAP I been waiting to make an appointment for a clearance to have a surgery I can show proof that they don't answer the phone someone is not doing the job they were hired for this is completely unacceptable
