Fantastic shop, I can't thank Erick enough for all the help with my toyota rav4 leaking oil. Within minutes figured out the issue with the valve cover gasket and got the replacement parts needed. This is hard to write, because the guy that runs the shop is really nice. However, they kept our 2012 VW Jetta TDI for 3 months, ran up a $6.5k tab on a string of ineffective repairs that involved them bringing the car to a shoddy VW dealership for "consultation" as Ace couldn't figure out the turbo underboost issue.
They also lost the engine cover. We don't live in the area, and while they were nice enough to send us a replacement, it was the wrong cover.
We wound up taking the Jetta to R Diesel in Hurst who discovered missing bolts and a zip tied component. RD fixed it quickly, but the financial damage was done.
This place is probably fine (as per other reviews) if you have something straightforward on a domestic vehicle, but don't take a European diesel here.
