Don did a wonderful job on my nails I can't stop looking at them. Staff there is always super nice this nail salon is a must go.

If I could give 0 stars I would for the experience that I had today. As I sat soaking my feet waiting for SOMEONE to do my pedicure it was made apparent that the chosen lady did not want to work. She had on black pants with white lines and a terrible attitude. When she was told to do my pedicure she went into the restroom and stayed 10 minutes, the receptionist felt so badly that he proceeded to try to do my pedicure and when I asked him if he did pedicures his response was I wanted to help you out. The woman then comes out of the restroom and KICKS her stool from where she is standing sending it slamming into the side of the pedicure machine of which Im sitting. This led me to remove my feet, dry them off and leave their facilities after filing a complaint within the establishment. Today is Good Friday and I simply wanted a pedicure, which was not too much to ask. If your employees cannot be cheerful or at least pleasant, they dont need to be there.

The first time I came here I had a male tech and he did very well, made me feel very comfortable and got to me as soon as I walked in. My second visit I was expecting the same and was very disappointed. I came in, they asked what I wanted and I sat for at least 10 minutes until someone else came and asked what I wanted. They then put me at a station and started soaking my nails off and left me there with no nail tech, no update or anything. I was sitting by myself, nails soaking off for about 20 minutes, so I finally asked someone walking by how long Id be sitting. THEN finally a woman came and started. She didnt talk much just got started, and went to start doing dip. I told her I wanted tips she stopped and added the tips. Then rushed through my set. I had to go back in after I left because one of the nails was bubbly. I got home and really looked and realized, they were super thick, uneven. I had to file a couple down just to get the right shape. Honestly, I couldve done them myself because thats how they looked. I still have pieces of my old color under my nail, how? I have no idea. Smh save your money and go somewhere else.
