Rolling Meadows

I am new resident to this community, and I have to stay yes I have had a few issues since I moved in, and when I say a few I mean a total of 3, but the concerns have been handled in a timely manner and above my satisfaction. The property manager Linda communicates with me every step of the way and has made my mind at ease that my work orders are in good hands. The community is well kept up and clean and not one sign of unwanted critters. I read most of the reviews of this community and being in this industry myself I believe you get from your apartment what you put in. If you take care of you unit and follow the lease agreement as its written you too will not have any issues. I couldn't be more pleased with my new home. And no, no one put up to writing this review or paid me to do so, these are comments are straight from the horses mouth and my own experience living here thus far. Just a excellent community, and staff all the way around!! :)

My fianc and I have been living here going on 3 years now and weve had very minimal problems and anytime we did, Ms. Linda was always so helpful and accommodating for us!

Terrible!!!! Staff are rude and obnoxious! They are just pocketing your rent because the place is outdated, falling apart and is infested with everything!!! I will also be reporting the staff to state officials!! And the umpa lumpa POS with a tramp stamp on her shoulder needs to be fired with that mouth and attitude!!!!!!
