I would have given 5 stars because I love the Jenny Beauty Supply in Dallas. My best friend has alopecia and wanted to try some wigs on to see if she could find one she liked. I also wanted a wig because I love wearing them. The older lady was very helpful and understanding. There were 2 young ladies that work there that were laughing and making comments. It upset me because this is a place where people come to fix their hair issues that bother them. Whether it's alopecia, cancer, old age, or just to boost their self esteem. I feel that if you don't like how they look in a certain wig, give a suggestion instead of laughing at them.

Jennys is nice but this human hair I bought lasted 1.5 Weeks. ARI. Warning. Definitely synthetic dont waste money

This store has tons of beauty supplies and products. I always find exactly what I need when I come here and the customer service is great. It only gets three stars because of the music they play. I understand beauty supply stores play hip hop music, but when you just play anything without regard to the lyrics that makes it a hard environment to tolerate. Please keep in mind that people bring their children in here, unless they don't care either.

Jenny and her staff are AMAZING! so kind and helpful with such a huge variety to choose from. Love this place!!!! And Love Jenny!!!
