Not a customer friendly place. Refused to return an item (a faucet screw in its sealed package) they wanted the receipt because, they claimed it was not showing as a sold item in their computer. I went to my car and found the receipt and presented it to the lady behind the counter, then she refused the return because it was bought two weeks ago, their policy is one week return policy written on the receipt, should be displayed in big print and hung for everyone to see.
The item was only $6, but I had no use for it, they could have sold it to someone else and at least given me a store credit. They were not friendly nor accommodating.

I’m so sorry we disappointed you . Our company policy is no return after 10 days and you must have your receipt . You said you did not have a receipt when you came in, you said you bought it a week ago . We tried to accommodate you by looking into it and told you that the last time that part was bought was Jan. You left very unhappy and came back in with a receipt that said Jan. I’m sorry the policy is written so small and will bring that up to the corporate office . Thank you for review.
