Dr Pollard has never treated me like a cancer patient. She treats me like a normal patient which makes me feel good. She is very compassionate and easy to talk to. All of my calls are returned in less than 3 hours when I call with symptoms or problems. I know that I am in good hands with her and because of that, I am beating cancer and will continue to win this battle.

Dr. Elizabeth Pollard is always very professional but friendly. She is knowledgeable and thorough. She always studies my results prior to our visit. When my lab results have not correlated with my symptoms, she studies and searches for the truth.

Please! Do your research before selecting a cancer doctor. Do NOT believe all the good reviews. I wish that Dr. Pollard was NOT my mother doctor. She literally denied to treat my mom who has cancer. When I say that she has NOT done anything for her at all. She hasn't. She put a mediport in my mom back in Nov. 2021; that she has not use or check to see if it works. Dr. Pollard is more concerned about money. My mom has Medicare which covers immunotherapy as cancer treatments.
It took her to go to another doctor at a different hospital, only for another Oncology doctor to make a suggestion to Dr. Pollard that she wanted to use a less costly medication, so that my mom can at least receive some form of treatment. In the feedback that we received from that conversation. Dr. Pollard told her that she has to check with billing??? Which goes to show that she is not trying to treat my mom, because she is more concerned about money.
Dr. Pollard went on to explain her reason to the other doctor why she haven't treated my mom, because she said that mom couldn't afford to pay the high copay for the high costly medication that Dr. Pollard wanted to use??? Which was probably not covered by Medicare.
Don't expect to receive a return call back from the office manager. I have left 2 message and as of the date of this post I have not received a call from Delia.
So I'm file a formal complaint with the medical board, Medicare, and against the clinic. Dr. Pollard is getting paid just to come to the hospital to see my mom after she was admitted in the hospital, but after the initial visit Dr. Pollard would send someone else on her behalf. It's almost March, and my mom has NOT received any type of treatment for her cancer. She just waiting for my mom condition to get worse.
