Employees did not take me serious also had a verbal altercation with another customer in front of me and my kids, then laughed at the customer that she upsetted, then right after that said next I dont have time for people like this. . Told her I needed to switch my pick and destination time and place. And I was still put down for return truck to location. Employees lied to other customers so they wouldnt have to get up out of seat for dollys. I was half way walked my uhaul by woman with dreads the she said what does it say on your keys? I told her the numbers then she said ok good you got this just go find your truck now.
Then she said please make sure you leave a good comment about me. I would never use this uhaul location.

General manager George is awesome . He's easy to deal with him and his staff. Overall very satisfied with him and his staff.
