Unfortunately my experience here was not so good. For those quickly reading, the short reason for the low review is for lack of care from Don Davis. I felt ignored and very uncomfortable with the staff. There are two sides to a story.. I really try to account for the other people in these situations and their lives this was just pure no effs given Trying to buy a truck and coming from Houston I was given a sales person at first who never got back to me after calling. I called back and was given another sales person who was super uncomfortable to work with via text. I called the store back a few more times asking for another sales person and leaving a nice request for the sales manager to get back to me. Fast forward a week, I had not heard back and thought the Sales manager may have forgot. Trying again to get in touch with the sales manager the front desk puts me on hold for them. Another sales person instead picks up, Confused again I explain they tell me that they will not let me talk to a sales manager. He tells me he can help and why is just dont want him instead. Me the idiot trys explaining again that it is these sort of actions that make someone feel uncomfortable If sales manager wants to take the time for me feel free to reach out

I brought my vehicle in for an oil change. Im assuming it was done right, however once the previous sticker that shows how many miles before bringing it back was removed, they damaged the tint on my front upper windshield and tried to cover it up by replacing it with the same sticker. I had to call and make a complaint which the service manager did replace my windshield tint. Then I noticed on my receipt my tires had not been rotated as requested due to two bad front tires that had low tread, but was still charged. Again, the service manager refunded my money, but didnt refund the taxes that were added in the charges. Now Im leery about bringing my vehicle in again for service even though the manager fixed the issues. I wasnt compensated anything extra for my issues, even though I have purchased one of my vehicles from them.

I recommend going to Raul Soto Reyes! He truly helped me get into what I wanted. Hes super sweet and great!
