        Now that this store has changed to a corporate store and has a new staff, the experience is far better. Great customer service every time I come in.

        I came in to buy vitamins and protein and other items. I was than told that the register wasn't opened. Horrible customer service.

        Guy working there wouldn't get off the phone (non-business related call) long enough to help my mom find what she was looking for much less greet us

        They force their employees to work in a store that's no less than 90 degrees when it's 110 outside. They're allowed to close early but not after having to suffer through the hottest part of the day. The products are melting and falling out of solution before customers can even buy them. This company does not care about it's employees one bit. Great customer service is the only positive here.
