Jay and his team were great! Very professional and friendly! The technician came to my home and provided a reasonable and easy to understand quote to have my attic insulated. They answered all of my questions and made the process seamless. The technicians were nice and professional! They did an awesome job and cleaned up after themselves post insulation. Previous rodent problem They were to remove all old insulation, vacuum, sanitize, blow in new insulation. Removing old insulation first day and vacuuming, I inspected after they left for the day. Insulation in approx 120 foot space with lower roof was not taken out, trash left front side of attic and the back, horrible vacuum job, after I filled half my shop vac of rodent droppings I called owner and complained. Second day, I continuously went up to check, they were blowing in insulation, trash still not picked up, no sanitizing done. Then I was lied to telling me it was added to insulation. Poor clean up inside and out. Pieces of poisonous mouse bait were dropped in my yard and found by my dog
