        I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Patrick Murphy and his team for the closing of my house, and I wanted to share my experience. The closing process for my house was unexpectedly bumpy, with several challenges along the way. we encountered title issues, new buyer's requests for multiple change requests of the closing date, bank loan file issue...etc. Throughout this stressful period, I was fortunate to have Mr. Murphy and his team on my side. they displayed unwavering professionalism, dedication and expertise. I was extremely grateful for the outstanding support and the legal expertise provided by Mr. Murphy and his team. Despite the extra time and effort they invested due to the unforeseen challenges, they charged a very reasonable flat fee. I highly recommend their service to anyone in need of legal assistance for real estate matters.
