I had a delivery schedule for 08/07/2020, delivery window was from 2pm-4pm. I had the day off from work so I can get everything ready for the delivery. And at 2:30pm I get a notification to select a delivery date. I got no call, text or email about an issue to reschedule. Nobody rang the doorbell. Now I’m left without my couches because I got rid of the ones I had because the new ones were suppose to be delivered on Friday. I’ve tried to contact them and I’ve gotten no response nor a call back.

Placed an order through Modsy Design services who contracts out to Elite for delivery. Dining room table was delivered with damaged leaf and coffee table was delivered without glass top. After several weeks they located the glass top, which when delivered had a very large scratch on top. Employees are very nice, but their treatment of items is very poor.
