The worst company to work with! They have a proprietary fire alarm system installed at a property of mine and we get the run around every time we need something from them like a basic annual inspection. But the second they require we upgrade our receiver to 5G they are Johnny on the spot! Stay away, far away!

Ed Kish and his team of people were great! They went our of there way and met some very short deadlines so we could open on time. Strongly Recommend FSS and especially Ed's Team.

I was with a different home security and he sold his business to FSS. I cant say how unhappy I am with this company. They so seldom return calls, its beyond frustrating. Ill call and talk to someone and they will always have to have someone call me back, and they very seldom do. When my alarm did go off, rather than call me they called the two people on my contact list. The other major problem I had is that they had to do a system upgrade. Instead of sending me information that my alarm was no longer being monitored because I needed an upgrade I found out when my alarm went on durning a storm. I waited and waited for the alarm company to call to see if I was alright or thought that the police woukd show up and nothing happened. I called FSS the next day to find out why and was told I needed a system upgrade. Im so glad I found out before I really needed help. As soon as my contract runs out I will be going to a different company.
