I have used Norgetown quite a few times over the summer for suits and bridesmaid dresses! They do a wonderful service, its very quick and all the workers are very kind, Ellyn and everyone else! I had a bridesmaids dress that was covered head to toe in mud from an outdoor rainy wedding and got it back looking brand new! Thank you so much for taking such good care of my clothes. I would recommend this place to anyone!

They were very pleasant when first dropping off my comforter to have it cleaned. Never once when dropping off did they tell me it's a cash only business my significant other and myself were both there on drop off and they meantioned nothing to either of us at that point. But upon picking it up I went in to get it myself while my significant other sat in car to which they refused to give it to me because I didn't have enough cash on hand and the female at the desk said they didn't take card or any other type of payment. Thankfully after going to the car I had enough cash between the two of us which I then returned inside to pick it up to which the lady at counter began to laugh at me for having to come back a second time telling me I should have listened when I dropped it off to begin with. As well as she made fun of me for being Latina saying we don't ever listen and I would highly advise against going there ever and I will not return there myself.
