I've been going to Dr. Bilyk more then 15 years. She just naturally knows eyes if that makes sense and she is very professional.

Dr. Larysa Bilyk does refraction like no other. I was referred to her by a prominent ophthalmologist in the area over 20 years ago - since that time she has taken care of my family and numerous friends. She fits contact lenses perfectly - which is a skill not everyone has (in my experience). My glasses are wonderful... She takes care of her patients - I had an eye emergency over the weekend once and she was right on top of it immediately. She works with an optician so you can get your glasses from the same place.

We have used Dr Bilyk's services for over 10 years.. She is thorough and reasonable. Our prescriptions are always just right. Never had a problem.

Nothing wrong with Dr. Bilyk as optometrist, but the business as a whole is REALLY chaotically run.I phoned on a Friday afternoon (March 25, 2016) to confirm that my new glasses were ready for pickup, as I needed them to travel the following Sunday.  I was assured by the optician who answered my call that I could pick them up until 7 pm that day.Arriving at the shop just after 4 pm, I found it closed up tight, though the hours on the door confirmed that it was open till 7pm Monday to Friday.  I could get no response when I used my cell phone to call each of there three phone numbers listed on the door.  In the meantime, two other customers arrived, also wondering why the shop was locked.  We finally gave up and left, and only when I got home and checked the business's website (I had earlier phoned using the number I had in my cell phone directory) was I informed that the shop closed at 4pm (not 7 pm) on Friday (and was not open either Saturday or Sunday)  -- even though I had been assured earlier on the phone that I could pick up my glasses till 7pm.  So now I have to travel for a week without the new glasses.Bottom line:  Don't go there.  Not worth the aggravation.
