I've never done business with Food Express, yet someone in the financials/accounting department refunded forty three cents to three different credit cards of mine. Sensing I was about to be targeted in an identity theft crime, I contacted Walt Keeney the company's president, in hopes of getting some assistance from the man in charge. He ignored my email, so I contacted his relative Joanna Keeney who heads the accounts payable and receivable department, and copied the president (thinking he may have been on vacation for the holidays). Finally got a response from the president after having to send 2 emails, and his reply was less than courteous, ending with a statement that I should never contact him again. Odd reply from a business that was contacted in good faith by an innocent victim of a potential identity theft crime.
