I had my first appointment today and everyone was so nice. I checked the place beforehand and the office is really pretty with a great selection of glasses! They scheduled me an appointment for the next day. It was quick and easy. Dr. Hu is very friendly and informative, he answered all my questions and chatted a bit with me. I'm so glad I picked this office. I highly recommend coming here! Parking is always available and spacious and the office isn't too busy.

Dr. Wallace is amazing! She's very professional & knowledgeable. She takes her time explaining everything she does. Patient and kind. I really appreciate her. The staff is very friendly upon arrival and helpful in picking out frames and taking your payment. My insurance was quickly verified.  She'll definitely be my eye doctor year after year.

Eye exam from Dr. Wallace was thorough and she addressed any questions/concerns I had about my eyes .

This is THE best Optometry I have ever been to in the surrounding area. I have mostly had very meh experiences at other Optometry(ies?) as I would usually only go once a year to do annual check up and get contacts refills and it's not a big deal. I would try a new place each time and never found anything that makes me want to go back again.The Eye Shop is awesome for the following reasons -1. Dr. Wallace is super patient and detailed. In the past, a lot of places just going through the motions, especially if they can tell you're the customer that plans to use insurance and do the annual check (or at least that's the feeling). I feel cared for here even though I am not paying for any additional services or glasses/ additional purchases.2. The front desk ladies are all very welcoming and nice as well. No mean, impatient responses or wishy washy answers. They take the time to understand what you need before answering. 3. They take the time to tell you how much each type of contacts would cost (I asked about daily vs. monthly) and what it would cost with insurance, etc. They also send me the confirmation and updates on arrival date of purchase. It is great to have visibility and know what I am expecting!Overall, I would 100% recommend this place. Great experience and I will definitely be back! Side perk is that there's a Starbucks right next door...=)
