Unfortunately, my recent check-in experience at this dental office was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, I was met with unprofessionalism from the office manager, Carmen, after being informed that I did not have the necessary documents for my appointment. Despite calling ahead of time and receiving no notification about this requirement, Carmen's response was aggressive and lacked empathy. As a result of their miscommunication, I now have to wait an additional month for my root canal treatment. What made matters worse was Carmen's dismissive attitude and hostility towards me. She made it clear that I was not welcome to receive treatment at the office and even threatened to involve security and law enforcement. This behavior was completely uncalled for and left me feeling frustrated and disrespected. While the rest of the front desk team remained composed, Carmen's actions overshadowed their professionalism. In any other office setting, a coordinator would typically remind patients of necessary documents prior to their appointment. Unfortunately, this basic courtesy was not extended to me. Overall, this experience has left me questioning the level of care and professionalism at this dental office. Moving forward, I hope to see improvements in communication and customer service to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.

this doesnt even deserve one star they put me a crown and it had a hole inside and it caused a infection and i told them why was the infection caused all they said is its possible they never gave me a answer until i went to another dentist and they told me because the crown had a hole. also this dentist takes forever it takes around 1-2 hours for the person to arrive to check your teeth.

The office staff are amazing. I love our dentist and now my orthodontist. They are caring and gentle and they really care about their patients.

Been here twice now, always lots of staff in the office and quick service. Doctors are quite understanding and informative.
